  1. 找個地方去呼吸新觧空氣及享受陽光。 Find a way to have fresh air and sunlight in your teaching space
  2. 保持水份。Keep Hydrated.
  3. 休息時轉換姿勢:坐下/站立,伸展。 Vary your position: stand/sit, stretch your body between breaks
  4. 記得在網上教學課與課中間休息,離開一下你的電腦。Resist using the time between lessons to multitask.
  5. 選擇一張承托力較好的椅子。Choose a supportive Chair.
  6. 工作/教學時,保持良好姿勢。Keep your body alignment while working.
  7. 為工作及個人時間定下清晰的界線。Define clear boundaries in your schedule between work and personal time.
  8. 記得休息!休息!休息!Give yourself a break!!!
  9. 在教學時展示學習的好奇心。Model curiosity during instruction.
  10. 聆聽學生的需要及感受,不要急於去「解決」。Listen to your students how they are feeling, don’t fix.
