Suggested Teaching Activities:
- Review the A Major scale, ensure play all notes in tune and with beautiful tone
- Combine A Major scale with “Ta Ta Ta-a” rhythm
- Can isolate & practice “Ta Ta Ta-a” rhythm several times first
Standing Finger Technique: - Students should press their second finger against the A string (C#) while the teacher plucks the E string.
- The teacher should ensure that the E string produces a clear sound.
- Students should be reminded not to touch the E strings while playing the C# string.
- Learn by ear first
- Memorize the piece
